Covington, Ridley J. Politiski and Michael P. Politiski, as Trustees of the <br />Marital Trust of the Politiski Trust dated December 4, 2000 for the sale of real property at 830 <br />N. Parton Street (APN 005-142-21), and authorize the City Manager of the Successor Agency <br />or his/her designee to execute all required documents as necessary. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement and all required documents for the sale of real property, by and between the <br />Successor Agency to the former Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />and Marianne P. Covington, Ridley J. Politiski and Michael P. Politiski, as Trustees of the <br />Marital Trust of the Politiski Trust dated December 4, 2000, located at 830 N. Parton Street <br />(APN 005-142-21) in the amount of $155,000 plus closing costs and escrow fees, subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br />Pursuant to Part 1.85 of Division 24 of the California Health & Safety Code ("Dissolution Act"), the <br />City Council on January 9, 2012, elected for the City to act as the "Successor Agency' to the <br />dissolved Community Redevelopment Agency ("Agency').
