Parton Street <br />October 17, 2017 <br />Page 3 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #4 - City Financial Stability, <br />Objective #1 (Maintain a stable, efficient and transparent financial environment). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for the Successor Agency's closing and escrow costs as the seller are estimated to be <br />approximately $1,300 and are available in the Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Fund <br />account (no. 67018843-62300) for the current FY 2017-18. Upon approval by the Oversight <br />Board and DOF, if necessary, and the completion of the transaction, $155,000 in proceeds from <br />the sale will be deposited into the Redevelopment Obligation Retirement Funds revenue account <br />(no. 67018002-57071) and payment to the County of Orange, Auditor -Controller will be made <br />from expenditure account (no. 67018850-69142). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Robert M.
