A-2017.264 <br />(yam, OFFICE LEASE <br />THIS OFFICE LEASE ("Lease") is made and entered into by and between CF SANTANA, LLC a Delaware limited liability company <br />V ("Landlord") and the Tenant described in Item I oPthe Basic Lease Provisions as of the Elloctive Date. <br />BASIC LEASE PROVISIONS <br />I. Tenant: THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation. <br />2.
