Travel Expenses SUB -RECIPIENT as provided herein may be compensated for SUB - RECIPIENT'S reasonable travel expenses incurred in the performance of this Agreement, to include travel and per diem, unless otherwise expressed. Travel including in -State and out -of - State travel shall not be reimbursed without prior written authorization from the UASI Grant Office.
