A $166,350 contingency has been added to allow for <br />unanticipated changes, expenses, or additions for a total not to exceed <br />amount of $1,221,250. (AGMT. No. 2017-289). <br />25E. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br />SERVICES (PROJECT 18-6898) {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 6, 1A & 1 F) - <br />Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with Nichols Consulting Engineers (NCE), for the two-year <br />term beginning October, 17, 2017, and expiring October 16, 2019, with an <br />option for a one-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, for a total amount not to exceed $94,105, including a 10 percent <br />contingency, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney.
