AP -50 Geographic Distribution — 91.220(f) <br />Description of the geographic areas of the entitlement (including areas of low-income and <br />minority concentration) where assistance will be directed <br />HUD -funded activities are limited to the City's low -and moderate -income areas, which encompasses the <br />majority of the City's residential areas. Areas of the City outside of the CDBG target areas will benefit <br />from activities that are limited -clientele in nature, i.e., a person/household can benefit from a federally - <br />assisted program provided that they meet the program's eligibilitycriteria. Eligibility is typically <br />established by household income and household size. ' <br />CDBG program funds will be expended based on program'criteria. For example, public services will be <br />available on a citywide basis for qualified beneficiaries; fair housing and,program administration <br />activities will also be carried out on a citywide basis.
