There were no speakers and the Hearing <br />closed. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. <br />ORDINANCE NO. NS -2927 - AN ORDINANCE, ADDING DIVISION 3 TO <br />ARTICLE 10, OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF TO BE ENTITLED, "REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF <br />ABANDONED AND DEFAULTED MORTGAGE PROPERTY"; PROVIDING <br />FOR PURPOSE, INTENT AND APPLICABILITY OF THE ORDINANCE <br />REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY BY MORTGAGEES; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES <br />AND ENFORCEMENT, AS WELL AS THE REGULATION, LIMITATION <br />AND REDUCTION OF REGISTRABLE REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CITY <br />2.
