Table 3-2 (Permitted Uses) of Harbor Mixed Use Transit Corridor <br />Specific Plan (SP -2) is hereby amended and attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />Section 12. Table 3 (Permitted Land Uses) of Metro East Mixed Use Overlay <br />Zone (MEMU) is hereby amended and attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated by <br />this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />Section 13. Table 2A (Use Standards) of Transit Zoning Code — Specific <br />Development No. 84 (SD -84) is hereby amended and attached hereto as Exhibit C and <br />incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />Section 14. If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or portion of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any <br />court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more <br />sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, or portions be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br />ADOPTED this day of November, 2017. <br />Miguel A.
