Adopt, a resolution approving Historic Resources. Commission Application No. 2017-16 and <br />Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-15. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Matthew Lopez, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Request of Applicant <br />Matthew Lopez is requesting approval to Aesignate an existing residence located at 2045 North <br />Greenleaf Street to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties, as well as approval to execute a <br />Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Proiect Location and Site Description <br />The subject property is located on the east side of Greenleaf Street and consists of a 1,717 -square - <br />foot, English Revival style residence and' detached garage on a 9,767 -square -foot residential lot <br />(Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />Historical lasting <br />In March 1999, the City Council approved Ordinance No. NS -2363 establishing the Historic <br />Resources Commission and the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties.
