Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />Located on the east side of North Greenleaf Street, this building is a one-story, single-family residence constructed in the <br />English Revival style. Irregular in plan, the building has a moderate -pitch, multi -gable roof with gable -on -hip wings extending <br />from, and intersecting with, a principal side gable mass. There is a brick chimney consisting of an elaborate pattern of bricks <br />off the north elevation. The roof has little to no eaves and is clad in a composition shingle roofing in a staggered pattern. The <br />exterior is clad in stucco with half timbering or horizontal lapped siding in some gable ends. The primary entry is located on <br />the west elevation of the principal side gable mass under a contemporary fabric awning, and consists of a segmental arch <br />door with rectangular glazing in the upper portion. The asymmetrical exterior consists of fixed and casement windows that <br />mainly display multilight glazing or diamond-shaped muntins. A detached garage that appears to have been enlarged is <br />located to southeast of the residence. The garage has a moderate -pitch front gable roof with half timbering, and is accessed <br />by a simple poured concrete driveway. The rectangular parcel is landscaped with a lawn, several mature palm trees, various <br />low vegetation, and planter beds with brick perimeters. The buildings and overall property are in good condition. The building <br />retains sufficient integrity to convey its original design. <br />*133b.
