Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Pamela D. Schneider subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />Request of Applicant <br />Pamela D. Schneider is requesting approval to designate an existing residence located at 2432 <br />North Riverside Drive to the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties, as well as approval to <br />execute a Mills Act agreement with the, City of Santa Ana. <br />Project Location and Site Description <br />The subject property consists of a'2,266 -square -foot, English Revival style residence and detached <br />garage on a, 8,440 -square -foot residential lot (Exhibit 1). <br />Analysis of the Issues <br />On October 5, 2017, the Historic Resource Commission held a public hearing on these requests. At the <br />conclusion of said hearing, the Historic Resource Commission requested that staff modify the structure <br />name to read the Davis -Schneider House. Staffhas modified the name of the structure to address <br />concerns raised by the Historic Resource Commission and the applicant. <br />EXHIBIT B2 <br />25C-27 <br />
