Up to 20 <br />2 <br />Applicant demonstrates experience in operating a permitted or licensed <br />commercial cannabis activity within the United States (base requirement'). Up to 10 <br />Applicant's principal officer's, director's, or owner's primary residence is in <br />5 <br />the City of Santa Ana and the person has been residing at the primary <br />residence for at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the <br />date of the application.
