Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2016-03 to amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (SAMC) pertaining to two-family residences, site plan review, <br />development project approval, off-street parking and other administrative items. The <br />proposed amendments are to streamline certain permit processes, clarify and revise <br />certain standards, comply with changes in state and federal laws, and respond to <br />current economic trends. <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at 5:45 pm or immediately <br />following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
