Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2017-02 to amend standards within the Specific Development No. 4 <br />(SD -4) zoning district and adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2017- <br />01 as conditioned to allow The Artisan at South Coast residential project at 2001 West <br />MacArthur Boulevard. <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at 5:45 pm or immediately <br />following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
