Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance and a resolution to gain compliance <br />from lenders and bringing foreclosure properties in an acceptable condition of <br />maintenance: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance to require financial institutions to register abandoned, <br />foreclosed or defaulted mortgage residential and commercial property within <br />the City of Santa Ana. <br />2. Adopt a resolution to include the partial fee in the amount of $412.96 for <br />Registration of Abandoned and defaulted Residential/Commercial property in <br />the fiscal year 2017/18 Miscellaneous Fee schedule for the Planning and <br />Building Agency. <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at 5:45 pm or immediately <br />following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
