ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2017-05 <br /> (Applicant: City of Santa Ana – Small Lot Subdivisions) <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Register on November 3, 2017. <br /> <br />Assistant Planner Guevara provided a presentation which included information on the <br />proposed ordinance and examples of small-lot subdivisions. Discussion ensued on funding <br />for future projects, building separation, driveway space, parking ratio, common open space <br />and pedestrian connectivity. <br /> <br />Chairman McLoughlin opened the public hearing.
