The following spoke on the matter: <br />• Mathew Fertal, on behalf of his son Jeffrey and daughter in law Jamie, <br />perspective homeowners of a property on Bush Street; consider <br />rezoning of the property to allow a conversion of a detached three car <br />garage to a modest living quarters. <br />There were no other speakers and the Mayor Pulido closed the hearing. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, suggested a 2 week continuance. <br />Councilmember Sarmiento, concerned with parking impacts. <br />Councilmember Solorio, noted that staff has met with neighborhoods; <br />review police services and accidents; suggest single family homes be <br />permitted to have accessory dwelling unit. <br />Councilmember Benavides motion to set for WorkStudy Session; <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 15 NOVEMBER 7, 2017 <br />
