Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, asked how we can implement more technology <br />and modernize City facilities. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with Vantage Company for a term of six -months <br />beginning November 1, 2017, for a not to exceed amount of <br />$26,000 (proposal of $24,860, plus $1,140 in contingency), to <br />modify and improve the auditorium floor of the Council Chambers <br />and surrounding dais and seating areas, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-314). <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with Interfinish Corporation for a term of six -months <br />beginning November 1, 2017, for $8,220 to re -carpet the modified <br />surface, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT.
