REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DATE: <br />DECEMBER 5, 2017 <br />Iffiq= <br />RECEIVE AND FILE CERTIFICATION <br />AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 2015-138 BY CITY ENGINEER <br />(1600 EAST SAINT ANDREW PLACE) <br />(STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2) <br />�I/ILLI/I <br />ClgMANAGER <br />Receive and file. <br />DISCUSSION <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />❑ As Recommended <br />❑ As Amended <br />❑ Ordinance on 1 s Reading <br />❑ Ordinance on 2nd Reading <br />❑ Implementing Resolution <br />❑ Set Public Hearing For <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />This action informs the City Council of the imminent approval of this subdivision, based upon the Subdivision <br />Map Act and meeting of all the conditions of approval set by the City. The City Engineer has received Final <br />Parcel Map No. 2015-138 (City Parcel Map No. 2015-02) for 1600 East Saint Andrew Place (Exhibit 1) from <br />the Pacific Center Owner, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, and is in the process of reviewing <br />the map for technical accuracy and final approval. <br />This map approves subdividing a parcel into two industrial parcels leaving each parcel with an existing <br />building. The parcels are located in the Specific Development No. 69 (SD -69) Zoning District, which is <br />consistent with the General Plan land use and the zoning designation. Tentative Map No. 2015-138 was <br />approved by the City Council on August 16, 2016. Pursuant to Section 34-183 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code, the City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City Council meeting <br />of December 5, 2017. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />This item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #3 - Economic Development, Objective #2 (create new <br />opportunities for business/job growth and encourage private development through new General Plan and <br />Zoning Ordinance policies). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal imp asso iated with this action. <br />F ousavipour <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />Exhibit 1: Map <br />17A-1 <br />
