ARTICLE XIII <br />13.0 TOOL REIMBURSEMENT POLICY <br />13.1 Employees classified as Fleet Equipment Technician I, I1, or 111, or Fleet Equipment <br />Supervisor shall continue to provide such tools as are ordinarily used in the trade which <br />shall be the personal tools of the Technician. The City will continue with one (1) or more <br />vendors' accounts for said employees who have at least one (1) year of service in such <br />classifications. Effective July 1, 2015, such employees shall be allowed up to one thousand <br />one hundred dollars ($1,100) per fiscal year with such vendor(s) in order to purchase tools <br />which, in the sole determination of the Fleet Services Manager, are necessary for the <br />performance of such employees' job duties. Employees will be allowed to carry over their <br />unused tool allowances for not more than two consecutive fiscal years. The City shall bear <br />no liability or responsibility in replacing lost or stolen tools except as provided in this <br />Section. <br />50 <br />25B-52 <br />
