Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, requested clarification how nonprofits were <br />selected and how we can track success stories of individuals who <br />received services. <br />Councilmember Solorio, opined report of impact of wrap around services <br />is needed. <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute amendments to a memorandum of understanding and <br />agreements with the Emergency Solutions Grant subrecipient <br />providers, increasing the amounts of the agreements for program <br />year July 1, 2017 — June 30, 2018 by the following amounts, subject <br />to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney: <br />1. Illumination Foundation — increase agreement by $60,975.81 in <br />additional funds to target and house individuals directly from the <br />Plaza of the Flags, for a total not to exceed $207,129.81. The <br />program focus and goals are to stabilize individuals with wrap- <br />around case management services, provide bridge housing <br />and/or shared housing assistance and seek permanent housing <br />(AGMT. No. 2017-311); <br />2. WISEPlace — increase agreement by $7,000 for additional <br />outreach services to single women at the Plaza of the Flags for a <br />total not to exceed $30,654 (AGMT. No. 2017-312); <br />3. Santa Ana Police Department HEART Program — increase <br />memorandum of understanding by $2,500 in additional funds to <br />purchase bus tickets and an E -Z Up canopy for outreach services <br />in the Civic Center, for a total not to exceed $47,654 (AGMT.
