EXHIBIT A <br />PRICING AND SCREENING <br />1. PRICING <br />This Pricing Exhibit A is incorporated and made part of the Customer Services Agreement between <br />Kelly Services, Inc. and City of Santa Ana - Public works Agency. The pricing in Exhibit A is confidential <br />and proprietary to Kelly. Customer agrees not to disclose the contents of Pricing Exhibit A to persons <br />or entities not party to this agreement without Kelly's written permission. <br />2. TERM; LOCATIONS. The pricing in this Exhibit A will be in effect beginning on July 5, 2017 and <br />ending on December 31, 2017, at the following Customer location(s): <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />3. HOURLY COSTS FOR ASSIGNED EMPLOYEES <br />Receptionist — Christal Gomez Pay rate: $13.50/hr <br />( Approx. 6 month Contract/Temporary gill rate: $19.58/hr <br />assignment ) <br />4. PRICING FOR CONVERSION OF ASSIGNED EMPLOYEES.( ® Check if not applicable.) <br />a) Customer agrees to pay the conversion fees below upon the conversion of an Assigned Employee <br />from Kelly's employment to Customer's employment. The conversion fee is based on the annualized <br />salary (2,080 hours) of the converted employee.
