N-2017-249 <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED <br />This Amendment ("Amendment") is between Kelly Services, Inc. and City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency, <br />RECITALS <br />A. Kelly Services, Inc. ("Kelly") and City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency ("Customer l entered into a Customer <br />Services Agreement ("Agreement', dated 08/02/2017. <br />8, Kelly and Customer desire to modify the Agreement as set forth below, <br />The parties therefore agree as follows: <br />AGREEMENT <br />1. g . At the end of Section 4, add "Customer shall be included as additional Insured on Kelly's commercial <br />General Liability Insurance." <br />2.. Miscellaneous, This Amendment will become effective when both parties have signed it.
