PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />AMENDMENT - OTHER INSURANCE <br />PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />Paragraph a. Primary Insurance of 4. Other Insurance of Section IV- Commercial General Liability Conditions is <br />deleted and replaced with the following: <br />a. Primary Insurance <br />This insurance is primary except when Paragraph b. <br />below applies. If this insurance is primary, our <br />obligations are not affected unless any of the other <br />insurance is also primary. Then, we will share with all <br />that other insurance by the method described in <br />Paragraph c. below. However, coverage afforded to <br />an additional insured under the terms of an <br />endorsement attached to this policy is primary <br />insurance and we will not seek contribution from any <br />such additional insured's primary insurance if: <br />(1) You have agreed in writing in a contract or <br />agreement that this insurance will be primary <br />and non-contributory; and <br />(2) The written contract or written agreement was <br />executed prior to: <br />(a) The "bodily injury" or "property damage'; or <br />(b) The offense that caused the "personal and <br />advertising injury" <br />for which the additional insured seeks coverage <br />under this Coverage Part. <br />1 � 3 �� <br />It p� 5 <br />G-300703-A includes copyrighted material or insurance Services office, Inc., with its permission.
