APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH PSOMAS, INC., TO PROVIDE <br />ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR WELL NO. 29 <br />REHABILITATION (PROJECT NO. 18-6491) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, <br />1 C} - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with PSOMAS, Inc., to provide design <br />engineering services for Well No. 29 Rehabilitation, for a three-year <br />period from December 5, 2017, through December 4, 2020, with <br />provisions for one two-year renewal option exercisable by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $625,000 for <br />the term of the contract, subject to non -substantive changes approved <br />by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-338). <br />25P. AMEND AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA BARRICADE RENTALS, INC., <br />FOR PROVISION, INSTALLATION, AND REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC <br />BARRICADES (PROJECT NO. 17-6612) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C}— <br />Public Works Agency <br />MOTION. <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute a contract amendment with California Barricade <br />Rentals, Inc., to include the provision of traffic control <br />equipment for traffic safety on the First Street Bridge, <br />increasing the compensation for the original term of the <br />agreement by $50,000, for a total amount not -to -exceed <br />$120,000 for services performed through December 31, 2017, <br />and further amending the Contractor rates and charges for <br />services and equipment as identified in Exhibit A of the <br />agreement, subject to non -substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2017-339). <br />2.
