City of Santa Ana <br />Limited English Proficiency <br />(LEP) Plan November 2017 <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA— PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNTY SERVICES <br />AGENCY ENVIRONMENTAL AND TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE <br />The Public Works Agency is the liaison agency for the Environmental and Transportation <br />Advisory Committee (ETAC), who act as an advisory body to the City Council in reviewing <br />Environmental Issues which include water resources, recycling, trash collection and urban <br />forestry, and transportation issues such as traffic lights, transportation systems, traffic <br />circulation, medians, speed humps, and neighborhood traffic protection plans. <br />ETAC is comprised of ten members: seven regular members; one Santa Ana Chamber <br />of Commerce Representative, one Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Orange County <br />representative, and one student representative. <br />Members must be a qualified elector of the City of Santa Ana and cannot be a treasurer <br />of a Political Action Commission.
