NOTICE TO PUBLIC <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VI <br />The City of Santa Ana gives public notice of its policy to assure full compliance with Title VI of the Civil <br />Rights Acts of 1964 and. related regulations. Specifically, Title VI provides that "no person in the United <br />States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied <br />benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial <br />assistance." <br />For additional information on the City of Santa Ana's nondiscrimination obligations, please contact the <br />City's Equal Opportunity Officer by mail, telephone or email using the information below: <br />Equal.
