City Council Meetings are <br />typically held in the Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana and Council Committee <br />meetings at City Hall, Ross Annex, Room 1600, Santa Ana or as otherwise noted on the <br />agenda. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN <br />Approval of this agreement allows us to meet Goal #5.
