Technical Considerations <br />Santa Ana is open to either an on premise solution or a cloud/hosted solution. <br />Current technical environment consists of: <br />• Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs <br />• Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016, but planning on migrating all to 2016 this year. <br />• VMWare virtual server environment <br />• Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, but planning upgrade to Exchange 2016 this year. <br />• Laserfiche EDMS 9.2, Laserfiche Forms 10.2 <br />The ideal program will be compatible with and will not require upgrades to the existing systems. <br />The proposed solution must allow delegate users and groups, as well as security access that is <br />authenticated against the City's Active Directory for single sign -on. <br />The proposal should include long-term warranty for all system hardware, if applicable, and ongoing <br />support and maintenance of any software. <br />G.
