ARTICLE XXIV <br />24.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br />24.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of <br />God, fire, flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar <br />circumstances, provisions of this MOU or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of <br />the City, which restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies, <br />shall be suspended for the duration of such emergency. After the <br />emergency is declared over, this MOU will be reinstated immediately.
