To comply with the AUMA, <br />the City Council approved a new <br />commercial cannabis ordinance on <br />October 17, 2017, allowing new forms of <br />commercial cannabis business activity in <br />the city's industrial areas. In order to <br />comply with additional provisions of the <br />AUMA, the City Is required to amend <br />additional portions of Chapter 18 relating <br />to Medical Marijuana <br />Collectives/Cooperatives.
