Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2017-01 to amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (SAMC) to allow certified farmers' markets as temporary outdoor <br />activities with issuance of a land use certificate and allow retail markets to operate <br />between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. in the Commercial South Main (C -SM) <br />zoning district. In addition, staff is proposing to amend Chapter 41, the Harbor Mixed <br />Use Transit Corridor Specific Plan (SP2), Metro East Mixed Use Overlay Zone (MEMU), <br />and Transit Zoning Code — Specific Development No. 84 (SD -84) to allow tattoo and/or <br />body art establishments. <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 5:45 pm or immediately <br />following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
