Alcala, Abigail
From: Orozco, Norma
Sent: Tuesday, December 19, 2017 2:53 PM
To: Alcala, Abigail
Subject: FW: Agenda item #55D and #75 Tiny Tim Redevelopment Project
-----Original Message -----
From: Eliana Aguirre[
Sent: Tuesday, December 19, 2017 2:52 PM
To: eComment
Subject: Agenda item #55D and #75 Tiny Tim Redevelopment Project
Hello,
My name is Eliana Alvarez Aguirre. I lived on for the past 30 years of my life But my parents
continue living in that household. I don't think it's fair that my parents have lived here close to four decades and the
neighborhood is going to get worst if apartments are built on the Tiny Tim lot. They will not have parking spaces
available on the street and it will be crowded with people that might create more violence. I currently live in a
neighborhood that is full of apartments. I see graffiti everywhere, there is no parking available, it's scary to walk at night,
and the tenants use the garage/parking space assigned as a storage unit. Unfortunately, that is the future of my parents
beloved neighborhood if these apartments are built. Please reconsider this project!
Sincerely,
Eliana Alvarez Aguirre
Sent from my Whone
