Holzer <br />Pursuant to Section 3.2 and Exhibit H ("Tern)') of Agreement No. A-2017-054 entered into by Pyro <br />Spectaculars, Inc, and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 29, 2017, the parties now opt to extend the time <br />period of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, <br />for the tinworks production on July 4, 2018, The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or <br />renewed to cover this extension.
