Huizar <br />Re: Extension of Consultant Agreement No. A-2017-018 to furnish information technology professional <br />services on an on-call basis <br />Dear Ms. Brown: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2017-018 entered into by The Comdyn Group, Inc. <br />and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 7, 2017, the time period for said Agreement is Hereby extended <br />for an additional one (1) year period, from February 7, 2018 to February 6, 2019. The insurance certificates <br />are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
