Sayed: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2017-055 entered into by IPS Security, Inc, and the <br />City of Santa Ana, dated March 21, 2017, which was amended on July 31, 2017, to increase the <br />compensation amount (A-2017-217), the time period for said Agreement is hereby extended for an <br />additional one (1) year period, from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. The insurance certificates are <br />required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
