Additionally, for example, the group has <br />worked closely with the Police Department in each jurisdiction they operate in to create an <br />operational Security Plan that is used as the industry standard by their local law enforcement and <br />lawmakers. <br />Outrggeh <br />In any business with statewide scrutiny it is important to allay fears and misconceptions. We <br />have found that one of the best ways to accomplish this feat is through Educational Outreach by <br />hosting or funding informational seminars, educational speeches and town hall Q&A meetings <br />for those looking to gain more understanding into our business practices <br />Communication <br />The group will have a variety of communication channels open to receive feedback including: <br />Internet - a website that is updated frequently to reflect changes to the facility. Featured <br />on the website will be a `Contact Us' module with an email form and a 24-hour hotline <br />number. A managing member will be designated and responsible for updating the <br />website, responding to emails, and maintaining the hotline. <br />Social Media — We currently have a large social media presence allowing important <br />interaction with customers and neighbors. We address all concerns and needs in a timely <br />and professional manner. <br />
