EXHIBIT A TO EXHIBIT 4 <br />Acceptance by Escrow Holder: <br />Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company hereby acknowledges that it has received a <br />fully executed copy of the foregoing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions by <br />and between the Successor Agency to the former Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana, a public entity, corporate and politic ("Seller"), and Marianne P. Covington, Ridley J. <br />Politiski and Michael P.
