Huizar <br />Ret First Extension of Agreement for Sales, Transactions and Use Tax Audit (SUTA) Services <br />Dear Mr. Jensen: <br />Pursuant to Section 3.1 ("Term') of Agreement No. A-2016.290 entered into by MuniServices, LLC and the <br />City of Santa Ana, dated October 4, 2016 the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional <br />six (6) month period, from January 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. Therefore, please provide updated insurance certificates.
