Huizar <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a <br />public hearing to consider adopting a resolution approving an Addendum to the Final <br />Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (FEIS/EIR) No. 89-01 for <br />the Bristol Street Widening Project pertaining to the Bristol Street/Memory Lane <br />Intersection Improvement, This Addendum addresses the impacts of the partial take <br />acquisitions that are necessary to obtain the right-of-way to accommodate the proposed <br />third through lane at this intersection. The properties being acquired as partial takes <br />are on the west side of Bristol Street, north of the intersection of Bristol Street and <br />Memory Lane <br />This matter will be heard on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at 5:45 pm or immediately <br />following the 5:00 p.m. Closed Session, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
