A-2017-336 <br />W m <br />Q P <br />a <br />0 <br />CM <br />www � N <br />STANDARD INTER -AGENCY INSTRUCTIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />O¢¢ r <br />a <br />Y r 0 With: <br />M Jq <br />n5s "� THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 17' day of July, 2017, <br />® by and between the Rancho Santiago Community College District, 2323 North <br />Broadway, Santa Ana, California 92706-1640 (District) and the Santa Ana Police <br />L to Ma-ekk"LDepartment (Agency). <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, under Government Code Section 53060 and Education Code <br />Section 78021, the Rancho Santiago Community College District desires to contract with <br />Agency as an independent contractor to the District; and <br />WHEREAS, Agency has the personnel, expertise and equipment to provide the <br />special services required herein, and <br />WHEREAS, the public's interest, convenience and general welfare will be served <br />by this contract; <br />NOW THEREFORE, Agency and District agree as follows: <br />PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT <br />A. AGENCY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Services - Agency's responsibility shall be to diligently furnish to <br />the District the services and materials as set forth in Attachment A, hereby incorporated <br />in this Agreement by this reference. <br />2. Student Attendance Records. Records of student attendance and <br />achievement will be maintained by Agency. Student attendance records will be open for <br />review at all times by officials of the District and submitted on a schedule developed by <br />the District. <br />SAC -17-040 1 of 11 <br />
