Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2017-91 was filed <br />for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis (Exhibit 4), the estimated total construction delivery cost of this <br />project is $3,275,000, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, testing, <br />and an authorized contingency of $345,515.
