The <br />project will consist of a new, family-oriented residential community and would also remodel and <br />rehabilitate the existing Tiny Tim Plaza shopping center with new building materials, landscape, <br />and amenities. Open space areas will be provided for each unit, for the residential community, <br />and for the commercial area as plazas, paseos, and a zocalo. <br />11 A-1 <br />
