Single family <br />residential detached dwellings generally <br />range in value from $375,000 to exceeding <br />$600,000. The lower range of value pertains <br />to relatively small dwellings in marginal <br />condition, whereas the upper value range <br />pertains to larger dwellings which have been <br />renovated and upgraded throughout the <br />years. <br />Multiple family residential properties are <br />within a much broader value range; smaller <br />complexes such as duplexes and triplexes, <br />generally range from $450,000 to exceeding <br />$700,000.. Larger multiple family residential <br />complexes range in value in excess of <br />$1,000,000. <br />Improved commercial and industrial <br />properties range in value from <br />approximately $800,000 to exceeding <br />several million dollars. <br />AGE RANGE: Existing developments in the area range <br />from 10 years to exceeding 50 years. <br />PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP: Overall pride of ownership, evidenced by an <br />ongoing maintenance program, is rated <br />average. <br />OTHER: The availability and adequacy of public <br />facilities, transportation, and retailloffioe <br />commercial facilities are rated average.
