Staff is also recommending entering <br />into an agreement with Woolpert, Inc., for a total amount not to exceed $966,033, comprised of <br />$378,212 for Asset Management Implementation Services, up to $500,000 for GIS Asset Inventory <br />Data Collection, and a 10% contingency in the amount of $87,821 for additional services to be <br />elected at the City's sole discretion (Exhibit 3). <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 — Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />25K-3 <br />
