APPROVE DONATION AGREEMENTS WITH VARIOUS <br />ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY EVENTS AND <br />PROGRAMS {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 41 - Council Item <br />MOTION. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute agreements with various organizations in support of their <br />community events and programs, subject to nonsubstantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney, as <br />follows: <br />1. Santa Ana Unidos Boxing Club in support of the Roses in the <br />Concrete youth event in October 2017, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $1,000 (Mayor Pulido); <br />2. Community Partners in support of the Santa Ana Film Festival in <br />October 2017, in a one-time donation amount of $500 (Mayor Pro <br />Tem Martinez); <br />3. Santa Ana Unidos Boxing Club in support of the Roses in the <br />Concrete youth event in October 2017, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $500 (Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />4. Southland Integrated Services, Inc. in support of the Citizenship <br />Resource Fair event in December 2017, in a one-time donation <br />amount of $1,000 (Mayor Pro Tem Martinez); <br />5. Hispanic 100 Foundation in support of on-going services for the <br />Youth & Government Program, in a one-time donation amount of <br />$500 (Councilmember Sarmiento); <br />6.
