City Manager Raul Godinez stated that the City's goal is to <br />create a better experience, and will provide an update at next meeting. Discussion ensued regarding areas of <br />possible roadway maintenance and rehab. <br />3. Entitlement Review Process Verbal Status Update (Strategic Plan No. 3, 3) (Candida <br />Neal, PBA) <br />Candida Neal, Planning and Building Acting Executive Director provided an update on the <br />entitlement review process. Discussion ensued regarding general ordinance on farmers' <br />markets.
