APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2018-063 - Approve an <br />appropriation adjustment recognizing District 2 Acquisition and <br />Development revenue from prior years in the amount of $75,000 in the <br />Residential Development District 2 revenue account (no. 31213002 <br />50001) and appropriating funds to the Residential Development District <br />2 expenditure account (no. 31213260 66220). <br />20B. APPROVE A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SANTA <br />ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF <br />CONSTRUCTION COST FOR ROOSEVELTIWALKER SITE AND <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT TO RECOGNIZE AND APPROPRIATE <br />PRIOR YEAR REVENUE {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4A) — Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Agency <br />Councilmember Solorio, requested an update on the project. <br />Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, Gerardo <br />Moet, noted Santa Ana Unified School District requested additional funding <br />for landscaping, existing reimbursement agreement requiring additional <br />funding, and resulting delay of the ribbon cutting ceremony. <br />MOTION. <br />Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />Second Amendment to the reimbursement agreement with Santa <br />Ana Unified School District for the reimbursement of construction <br />costs of the Roosevelt/Walker site improvements by increasing the <br />amount of park acquisition & development funds provided by <br />$400,000, for a total amount of $7,917,509, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. (AGMT NO. 2018-001) <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2018-062 - Approve an <br />appropriation adjustment for FY 17/18 to recognize $350,000 from <br />prior year fund balance and appropriate $277,420 into Residential <br />Development District 2 and $72,580 into Residential Development <br />District 3.
