Staff requests <br />authorization of an approximate five percent design services contingency of $45,361, which <br />results in the total agreement amount not to exceed $940,000. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (Establish and Maintain a Community Investment Plan for All City <br />Assets), Strategy G (Develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />Coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The total cost of the agreement is not to exceed $940,000. Funds in the amount of $705,000 are <br />budgeted in the Measure M2 Competitive Street Fund (Account No. 03217663-66220), $83,075 <br />25F-2 <br />
