Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-001 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER AND THE CHIEF OF POLICE OR THEIR DESIGNEE(S) <br />TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br />FOR THE FY2017 URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE FUNDING <br />PROGRAM <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chief of Police <br />and the Clerk of the Council to enter into reimbursement <br />agreements for all grant related program and project activities, to <br />include planning, organization, equipment, training, exercise, and <br />management and administration costs, with the County of Orange <br />or any of the cities located in the designated Anaheim/Santa Ana <br />Urban Area.
